You Don't See This Everyday

I received this notice the other day:

It took me by surprise. I had to read it again because, lowering the price? Without me calling to complain or anything? That just doesn't happen. But somewhere somebody got a whif of pixie dust and crafted this lovely price-lowering policy. And I love them.

  1. That's a nice notice to get. Enjoy the discount!

Thanks for your kind comments on my blog, I really appreciate the things you had to say and you taking the time to comment.

    Have a great Tuesday!

  2. Their earnings took a dive recently, while their number of complaints shot up. The fact is, they have lowered the priced many months ago, but still charging the existing users the original higher price. I found out about it "accidentally" 6 mths ago and went to change the plan - same plan but at a lower rate - on the website.

  3. I just can't get on the Netflix bandwagon. I think it's a cool idea, but I know me and my personality and I think I'm just more of a 'Go to the store and get what I want NOW' type.

Instant gratification demands can be a real bitch sometimes.

  4. As long as my husband and I each watch a movie once per month, it's worth keeping the Netflix service. We're pretty happy with it - no babysitting or exorbitant popcorn costs. :)

I had to call and threaten to kick Netflix in the shins when they billed me AFTER I cancelled my subscription. Hosers. But I'm happy! for your discount. The world in its balance makes me happy.
