Dry Humor

It is dry here in Central Oregon.

How dry is it?

It is so dry that I have to put lotion in places I have never, ever thought would need it before. I have to put it on my back!

Just thought you'd want to know.

Hey there-

I wish it were dry here right now. It is raining buckets!

I never answered the question you left in my comments section. Right now we live in the mid-Atlantic, but there may be a move south in our future. More info to follow (soon, I hope).

Blessings,
Me

Don't forget behind the ears! (Actually, that's partially true.) And then you need to double up on the face cream at night... yeah, it's never too early to begin that regimen when you live here.

Ha!

On my last trip to Denver, I must have spent 20 minutes after each shower getting lotioned-up. It's a great city, but I need more moisture!

When I went to San Jose last year for BlogHer, I was amazed how dry it was. I was constantly thirsty. I'm from Florida where it's so humid. Guess I wasn't used to it.

There isn't enough moisturizer in the world, I swear.

It's not too dry here, but the pollen from my tree is actually leaving a coating on our cars. I am desperately wishing for rain!

I am going to send you some moisture from Vancouver! We've got more than enough.

We had so much rain that it made our drinking water cloudy again. I never knew I would worry about turbidity... but now I do.

It sounds weirder than it really is... kinda like... "My cat turbiditied all over the floor and I stepped in it with my slipper."

Lotion everywhere, all the time. Yep! Pretty much.

To top it off with some irony, my face still has its t-zone; also known as the zone of Screw You, I Can Still Act Like a Teenager and Breakout, Yo.

Heh heh...you said "pollen"...and "turbidity"!
